This Policy governs the operation of the garment production process under Patternland’s MTM (Made to Measure) model.
It forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Measurement Policy, the Adjustment Policy, and the Dispute Policy.
2. PRODUCTION MODEL
Patternland operates under an on-demand and distributed production model, where each garment is individually produced.
The process is carried out through a network of independent professionals supervised by Patternland.
Patternland acts as the organizer and supervisor of the process.
3. PRODUCTION PROCESS PHASES
The process may include:
- Measurement validation
- Design interpretation
- Pattern making
- Material preparation
- Cutting
- Manufacturing
- Quality control
- Shipping preparation
Patternland may introduce intermediate validations.
4. VALIDATIONS AND QUALITY CONTROL
During the process:
- Pattern review
- Proportion validation
- Execution control
- Final verification
Patternland may correct or redo certain phases if standards are not met.
5. VARIABLE NATURE OF THE PROCESS
The Customer acknowledges that the process is neither industrial nor standardized.
It may lead to:
- Fabric variations
- Technical adjustments during execution
- Differences in finishing
These variations do not constitute defects.
6. MATERIALS AND SUPPLY
Production depends on material availability.
Patternland may:
- Replace materials with equivalents
- Adjust timelines
- Reorganize production
7. PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES
Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:
- Design complexity
- Workload
- Availability of professionals
- Technical incidents
- Logistical issues
These variations are considered reasonable.
8. TECHNICAL INCIDENTS
During the process, incidents may occur requiring:
- Design review
- Pattern adjustments
- Repetition of certain phases
- Material replacement
The process will continue according to Patternland’s technical criteria.
9. TECHNICAL IMPOSSIBILITY
In exceptional cases, technical impossibility may be identified.
Patternland may:

10. INVOLVEMENT OF PROFESSIONALS
Different professionals may be involved in the process.
Patternland:
- Selects the professionals
- Assigns tasks

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Patternland shall not be liable for:

- Fabric behavior
- Reasonable delays
- Incidents related to third parties
12. TRACEABILITY
Patternland may record:

- Performed checks
These records may be used as evidence.
13. FINAL DECISION
The management and validation of the production process are exclusively the responsibility of Patternland.
