1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery times are estimates and depend on:

Delays resulting from these circumstances are considered reasonable.

1.4 Effective delivery

Delivery is considered completed when the Customer or an authorized third party receives the product.

1.5 Incidents

The Customer must report any incident within a maximum of 48 hours.

1.6 Damage or loss

Patternland will handle the incident with the carrier diligently.

1.7 Limitation of liability

Patternland shall not be liable for:

  • Delays attributable to the carrier
  • Damage resulting from properly executed transport

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 General rule

Returns are not accepted for customized (MTM) products.

2.2 Legal basis

Customized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.3 Link with measurements

Garments are produced based on validated measurements; any errors related to these measurements are the Customer’s responsibility.

2.4 Exceptions

Returns will only be accepted when:

  • There is a technical impossibility to adjust
  • A serious production issue is identified
