1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Policy governs the conditions applicable to the correction and resolution of incidents concerning garments produced under Patternland’s MTM (Made to Measure) model.

It forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Measurement Policy.

2. NATURE OF THE ADJUSTMENT

Garments are customized products subject to technical and anatomical tolerances.

Adjustment does not guarantee absolute perfection, but rather the correction of significant deviations.

3. LINK TO MEASUREMENTS

The Customer acknowledges that:

  • Garments are based on the provided measurements
  • The measurements have been technically validated
  • They have been expressly accepted

No adjustment will be carried out when the issue results from:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the Customer
  • Anatomical inconsistencies
  • Lack of cooperation

4. ADJUSTMENT CRITERIA

Only garments showing significant deviations according to technical criteria will be adjusted.

The following are not considered incidents:

  • Normal technical tolerances
  • Fabric behavior
  • Subjective perceptions

5. DEADLINES AND PROCEDURE

The Customer must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours
  • Provide evidence (photographs, description)
  • Follow instructions within 72 hours

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Loss of the right to adjustment
  • Rejection of the request

In the absence of a claim, the garment will be considered compliant.

6. TECHNICAL VALIDATION

Patternland will assess each case to determine the nature of the issue.

It may:

  • Request additional information
  • Require supporting evidence
  • Reject the request

7. ADJUSTMENT METHODS

In case of acceptance:

  • Only one corrective intervention will be performed
  • Designated centers or professionals may be assigned
  • The process may be managed directly

The Customer must allow the adjustment within a maximum period of 7 days.

8. ADJUSTMENT COSTS

The adjustment will be:

  • Covered by Patternland if the issue is related to production
  • Charged to the Customer if it results from their decisions

9. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

Adjustment will depend on technical feasibility and the type of garment.

No adjustment will be possible if:

  • The garment has been worn
  • It has been improperly washed
  • It has been modified by third parties

An exact result after adjustment is not guaranteed.

10. EXCLUSION OF RETURNS

Returns are only considered in exceptional cases after an adjustment attempt.

11. LIABILITY

Patternland shall not be liable for:

  • Errors in Customer measurements
  • Technical limitations
  • Subjective expectations

12. FINAL DECISION

Patternland will decide on:

  • The eligibility of the adjustment
  • The intervention method
  • The allocation of costs

An adjustment request does not suspend other contractual obligations.
