They apply to designers, pattern makers, manufacturers, and other technical profiles.

Use of the Marketplace implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. PURPOSE AND SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Patternland is a digital infrastructure that coordinates garment production through a network of independent professionals.

Patternland:

  • Defines technical and quality standards
  • Establishes workflows
  • Supervises each phase
  • Validates results
  • May block non-compliant processes

3. ACCESS, VALIDATION AND LEVELS

Access requires prior validation by Patternland.

Patternland may:

  • Assess experience
  • Request technical tests
  • Assign levels (junior, senior, etc.)
  • Limit assignments
  • Revoke access without obligation to justify

Access does not constitute an acquired right.

4. NATURE OF THE RELATIONSHIP

Professionals are independent collaborators.

There is no employment relationship.

Each professional is responsible for:

  • Their tax situation
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • The execution of assignments

5. OBLIGATIONS AND STANDARDS

Professionals must:

  • Comply with technical standards
  • Follow established processes
  • Respect deadlines
  • Maintain quality
  • Cooperate in revisions

Failure to comply will result in corrective measures.

6. QUALITY CONTROL AND SCORING

Patternland may:

  • Review work
  • Apply internal scoring
  • Evaluate incidents

Depending on performance:

  • Reassign tasks
  • Limit access
  • Require rework
  • Suspend or exclude

7. RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS

It is prohibited to:

  • Solicit Patternland customers
  • Contact customers directly
  • Offer services outside the platform

Non-compliance may result in exclusion and legal action.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The professional grants Patternland the rights necessary for use within the system.

They undertake to:

  • Not exploit designs outside the system
  • Not reproduce models for third parties

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

An obligation of confidentiality applies in particular to:

  • Customer information
  • Designs and patterns
  • Internal processes
  • Technical data

This obligation continues after the end of the relationship.

10. USE OF THE PLATFORM

The professional agrees to:

  • Not use unlawful content
  • Use the platform only within the system
  • Respect the digital environment

11. ECONOMIC TERMS

Patternland will determine pricing, commissions, and payment terms.

12. PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY

The professional is responsible for:

  • Proper execution of work
  • Errors resulting from their intervention
  • Non-compliance with standards

Patternland may require:

  • Rework of the task
  • Correction at no cost
  • Financial compensation

13. CONTROL, SUSPENSION AND EXCLUSION

Patternland may:

  • Suspend activity
  • Limit access
  • Exclude the professional

In cases of:

  • Non-compliance
  • Low quality
  • Misuse
  • Breach of confidentiality

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts.
